Test Papers & Test Pattern:

We have made all efforts to provide the best test platform as per the requirements of the examations, if there is any change the syllabus or exam pattern durg the course of program, the stitute will make all efforts to implement those changes. However it is not mandatory bdg upon the stitute and this case the decision of the {companyname} management will rema fal and abidg.

Test Activation Period:

Onle Test Series will be conducted as per the time table defed by the stitute; test wdow will be closed after the given dates and tests will not be available on the test series platform.

Payment Failures:

For any failures onle payment and case the amount gets deducted from your savg/current account and not credited {companyname}'s account, before the transaction is complete. {companyname} is not responsible for any refunds. this case, students should first contact the Bank and then to {companyname} to clarify the same.

Delivery Policy - Receipts of onle payments:

E- Receipt will be sent by {companyname} with the confirmation of admission.

Fees and payment:

It is the enrollee's sole responsibility to ensure that he/she pays the enrollment fees. The payment of any amounts tended to be made respect of Fees by or on behalf of the enrollee does not dicate the acceptance of enrollee's candidature for appearg the examation. When the enrollee successfully completes the onle payment transaction usg credit/debit card option, funds will be deducted from the credit/debit card as per submitted by him/her and the payment will be credited to {companyname}. This payment is towards enrollment for {companyname} Onle Test Series for GATE 2016 only. Any payment received through this website will be treated as havg been made by the enrollee even though the same may have been made by some other person/ party and hence {companyname} shall not enterta any correspondence from any person other than the enrollee or his/her parent/guardian.

Confirmation:

If the enrollee's onle payment is successful, {companyname} will confirm the same by givg a valid transaction ID. case of unsuccessful onle payment, {companyname} will advise the enrollee accordgly. The enrollee should then contact the credit/debit card provider for details.

Failure to pay the fees:

case the enrollee registers successfully, but the onle payment is not successful, his/her enrollment will stand cancelled without any further notification.

Refund & Cancellation:

The fee for Onle Test Series is non refundable & admission will not be cancelled.

Data Protection:

{companyname} will be entitled to use the formation given durg the Onle Payment process for the purpose of registration of the enrollee as also as for statistical purposes.
